West Virginia Military Survey

The West Virginia Legislature is reaching out to all WV Veterans
and Current Military: All Eras, All Ages, All Services

We invite you to participate in the 2012 West Virginia Military Survey. We are building on the successful 2008 survey research that led to Veteran-Friendly changes in state legislation. We want to know the needs of Our West Virginia Service Members and Veterans in the areas of work, education, family, retirement, physical and mental health, and access to benefits.

Knowing your needs and strengths will allow us to do more to meet
those needs and use those strengths.

As a small token of thanks, when you complete the research survey you can enter a drawing for:
• $500 VISA cash gift card (1 will be given away)
• $100 VISA cash gift card (5 will be given way)
• $50 VISA cash gift card (30 will be given away)

The drawing will be held on December 1, 2012. The Military or Veteran status of all gift card winners must be verified before prizes are awarded.
